She took careful note of what we were (and were not) looking—including price range, amenities, location, size—this meant we didn’t do a lot of meaningless walkthroughs, but rather were looking at homes that had true potential for us each time. She also would let us know about homes that fit most of our criteria, and let us decide if they were ones we wanted to look at—which I am very glad for! It was one of these homes we decided to buy and still live in. We also retained her to sell my mother in law’s home when she passed away in 2009. She did an outstanding job with that as well!
